1. Number of shirts.
2. Type of shirt to be printed (short/long sleeve, hoodie, polo, cotton, dry fit, etc.)
3. Sizes
4. Design size and placement
5. High resolution design file (at least 300 dpi).
We can only print designs that are "print ready"; we can't print mock-ups.
Note: Multi color designs (direct to film) typically require 1-1.5 weeks turnaround.
How it works
Printing Process
We specialize in heat transfer vinyl and direct to film designs. We use professional grade heat presses to adhere the design onto apparel.
Durability
Manufacturers of heat transfer vinyl typically state that heat transfer vinyl is durable for up to 50 washes. Results have varied however, we have printed our own personal apparel and through several washes and drying, many of the designs are still intact 5 years after printing.
Screen-printing
Although our specialty is heat transfer, we do accept screen printing orders for minimums of 150 shirts.
