We allow customers to bring in their own apparel for us to print.  Although we will take the utmost care in printing, there will still be a chance for "Tee Wrecks" or printing error.

If there is an error during printing, we can only replace the damaged apparel with a similar item from our t-shirt supplier.  We cannot replace the exact item you gave us. 

 

For example, if you give us a Ralph Lauren polo to print and there's a printing error, we can only replace the damaged item with a polo shirt from our t-shirt supplier.
